Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of order date for a full refund less shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your refund once it has been returned. An additional 15% restocking fee may be applied if the return is missing items or shows signs of use ex: food and hair. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please ensure your item is returned in a box or a protected padded envelope. Applying a shipping label directly on the manufacturer's packaging will incur a restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note you have 14 days to return your product once its has been approved. Returns will not be accepted after the approved timeline.
